Refund & Return Policy – Bulk Underground
At Bulk Underground, we specialize in contractor-grade supplies sold in bulk. Because our products are intended for professional use and distributed in high-volume quantities, we maintain a strict return policy to keep pricing competitive for all customers.
1. Bulk Orders (Final Sale)

All bulk orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for bulk purchases unless the items are defective or we shipped the wrong product.
2. Samples

Sample packs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Samples are provided at low or no cost so customers can test our products before placing larger orders.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong shipment:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bulkunderground.com.

Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.

If approved, we will:

Replace the affected items, or
-
Issue a refund for the defective/incorrect portion of your order.

Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by Bulk Underground.
4. Exclusions
We do not provide refunds or returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or over-ordering.

Opened or used rollers, brushes, or accessories.

Bulk orders (unless defective or incorrect).

Sample packs.
-
Sale items or promotional products.
5. Refunds

Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received funds, contact us at sales@bulkunderground.com.
6. Shipping & Returns

Returns must be pre-approved before sending items back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.
